Bought a used Tacoma on a Monday. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Joe did a great job getting me through all of my paperwork. I told my salesman that I had to have roof racks to get my kayaks back home by the end of the week since I was on vacation and camping all week. They made me an appointment for Thursday afternoon. I show up on Thursday to find out my racks never got ordered. Now they are getting installed on a day I have to work so I will be leaving work early, lossing money. I also had to take multiple trips to get all my camping stuff home since I had no roof racks for the kayaks. Waiting to see what happens when I go back to get them installed.

They were honest and had a fair price. For those interested they have coffee and donuts too. The only thing missing that we find in most dealers service waiting area was a TV
